Privacy
Strict Under Fifty does not ask you for a name, an email address, or a phone number, does not sell personal information, and points you to the sub-$50 pocket utility teardown when you want the buying cap instead of this notice.
What is collected
This site has no form. You cannot submit a name, an email address, a phone number, or a postal address here, because there is nowhere to type them. Pages are articles. The operator, Strict Under Fifty, does not run an account system and does not ask you to create a login.
If you only read, you are not handing this site a record to keep about who you are. Do not send personal details by hunting for an inbox that is not published. There is no message field to fill.
Where information goes
Because you cannot submit personal details, there is no list of readers to transfer, rent, or sell. Personal information is not sold. Buying pages include a button to Amazon. If you use that button, you leave this site, and what happens next is on Amazon’s own pages, under Amazon’s own terms. This privacy page does not include that button, because you are not being asked to buy from here.
The disclosure on a buying page, “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases,” is a commercial notice about the operator. It is not a request for your contacts. You do not need to tell Strict Under Fifty that you clicked.
What this site does not do
There is no mailing list, no checkout, and no profile. There is no cookie banner, because this site is not asking you to accept a marketing program. A browser will still do ordinary browser things when you request a page. That is not a file of customers the operator sells.
How tools are chosen, and what was never measured, is on the about page.
The operator and the unmeasured items are named on About.
FAQ
Does Strict Under Fifty sell personal information?
No. There is no form to collect a name or an email, and personal information is not sold.
Do I need an account to read?
No. The pages are open. Nothing asks you to register.
What happens if I use the Amazon button?
You leave this site for Amazon. That button is on buying pages, not a request for your contacts. Amazon’s pages then apply.
How do I reach someone about a correction?
This site does not publish a contact form or an inbox. The about page states what was not measured, which is the correction most readers actually need.
Read without handing over a name, and use the sub-$50 pocket utility teardown when the question is which tool fits the cap.
